Delivery and Setup

We have a $20.00 delivery fee within 25 miles of James Island. Outside of the 25 miles, we charge $0.50 per mile. For an event that has an extensive setup, a small fee will be factored in and is based on the specific configuration of your event. Things such as volume of food delivered, access to dining area, decoration and equipment required to present your meal with our "In Season" personal touch will be considered. Also, included in this fee is pickup of any nondisposable items and decorations.

Equipment and Display

Our inventory is growing and includes a variety of specialty serving pieces, utensils and display items. These may be available for a small rental fee for your event. For equipment and display pieces that we cannot provide, the client may choose to rent independently, or our sales representative can assist by placing the order. "In Season" does not add any charge for outside rentals, under the agreement that the client is directly responsible to the rental company for all items

Beverages and Disposables

At this time, "In Season" does not provide any alcohol or bar service. We offer canned beverages as well as tea, water and lemonade by the gallon.

Standard Canned Soda (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, etc) $0.50 each

Specialty Soda $0.75 each

Gallon of Sweet or Unsweet Tea $5.00

Gallon of Lemonade $5.00

Gallon of Water $1.00

Disposable serving pieces, platters, box lunch service, plates, cups, napkins, flatware, and tablecloths are available in several different price groups. The menus enclosed include supplies from the basic group. If you would like to upgrade, please inform us when discussing the menu.
Basic: White paper plates, clear flatware wrapped in white napkins with colored ribbon, and plastic 16 oz cups (included)

Economy: Clear or colored plastic plates, clear or colored flatware wrapped in white or colored napkins, and clear or styrofoam 14-16 oz cups ($1.00 per person)

Standard: White or black square plastic plates, clear flatware wrapped in white napkins with colored ribbon, and clear 14 oz cups ($1.50 per person)

Elegant: White Plastic Plates, ‘China’ look with a gold or silver rim, plastic silverware with a ‘real’ look wrapped in heavy duty napkins and colored ribbon, and clear 14 oz cups ($2.00 per person)

Regardless of the budget for your event, "In Season" will consistently provide our signature personal touch, including wrapped silverware, food labels, and an appealing presentation.

Service
"In Season" will be responsible for preparation, design and display of menu, including food labels, maintenance of food,breakdown and clean up food and food service areas. Our company will provide fresh and innovative food displayed in a creative and appealing manner, as well as professional and personalized service. If you would like to have someone from "In Season" to help you with your event, a chef/server is $20.00 per hour.


When ordering, please give 24 hour notice on all orders. Standard orders cancelled with in 24 hours will be charged 50%.

Our building at 1969 Central Park Road is also available to rent for small events up to 50 people. We have a spacious colorful room, perfect for small gatherings. We can also cater your event! Plenty of parking. Please call or e-mail for further information.
